FAQ

Where will my order be shipped from?

We work with an on-demand fulfillment company. They have facilities all over the world so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the site that can do it most efficiently and in the shortest possible time!

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you're not sure which size is right for you, check out our size guides: we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Although it is rare, it is possible that an item you ordered is mislabeled. If this is the case, please let us know at contact@mayli-jay.com within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will send you a new one, or refund your money!

My order should have arrived, but I still haven't received it.

You can track the progress of your order by clicking on the "track my order" link in the menu bar. If your package is listed as delivered but you have not received it:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the shipping address.

● Ask your local post office if they have your package

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address is correct and the package was not dropped off at the post office or your neighbor's house, contact us at contact@mayli-jay.com with your order number. If you found an error in your shipping address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your expense.

Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if there is a problem with your order, please let us know by contacting us at the following address: contact@mayli-jay.com

Refunds are only available to customers who receive wrong or damaged items. If you are concerned, please contact us by email at the address mentioned above sending us photos of the damaged items and we will do what is necessary to refund you.

Care of all over printed clothes

All over printed garments can be machine washed on a delicate cycle with a mild detergent.

  • Do not use bleach.
  • Do not dry clean or tumble dry.
  • Iron at low temperature.
  • Do not use fabric softeners
  • Use a non-chlorine bleach

Printed garments can be machine dried on a delicate cycle, but it is better to dry on the line to avoid shrinkage.

Swimwear should be hand washed.
