Refund policy

How are your products made?

We work with a print on demand distributor. They have a worldwide presence, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the location that can do it most efficiently!                                                                       

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if there is a problem with your order, please let us know by contacting us at: contact@mayli-jay.com

Refunds are only available to customers who receive wrong or damaged items. If you are concerned, please contact us by email at the address mentioned above sending us photos of the damaged items and we will do what is necessary to refund you.                 
 

I received an incorrect/damaged product, what should I do?

At the moment, we do not offer exchanges. If you are not sure which size is best for you, check out our size guides: we have one for each item listed on our shop, in the product description section. Although rare, it is possible that an item you ordered is mislabeled. If this is the case, please let us know at contact@mayli-jay.com within one week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we'll send you a new one, or we'll refund you!
